Continuing the trend of Overwatch League award season, it has now been revealed who are the 2022 Damage Role Stars. Specifically, the four individuals who are being recognised in the position are the San Francisco Shock's Dong-Hyun "Proper" Kim, Shanghai Dragons' Jae-Wan "Lip" Lee, Seoul Dynasty's Jun-Young "Profit" Park, and Los Angeles Gladiators' Kevin "Kevster" Persson.

Interestingly enough, only two of the teams these players represent are still alive in the Playoffs, as the Dragons were sent home a couple of days ago, and the Gladiators were one of two franchises eliminated last night - the other being the Florida Mayhem.

This leaves just six teams in contention, with two more being eliminated tonight. They will be the loser of the San Francisco vs. Seoul Dynasty and the loser of Hangzhou Spark vs. London Spitfire. The winners of these two games will go on to face the loser of the Houston Outlaws vs. Dallas Fuel, with the winner of that match earning the first of two Grand Finals slots.
