Playstation Home remade

Sony is about to remake Playstation Home, Venturebeat reports. The new Home will focus more on games than previously, and the central plaza will become the futuristic The Hub where players can hang out. According to Sony, The Hub will be a kind of "meta game" where you can socialize with your friends, view missions and game progress and create your own events.

"We are going to 'up level' games as the heart of PlayStation Home. This means that Home itself is going to become a game. The first things you see when you get into Home are games," Home's director Jack Buser told Venturebeat.

The redesign of Home is scheduled to debut this fall.
