Rebellion has plans for old IP's

It became apparent that British developers Rebellion had picked up a few old Sierra/Vivendi IP's from Activision a couple of weeks ago as they launched Massive's Ground Control over at GOG.com (Good Old Games).

Rebellion have picked up the following franchises: Lords of the Realm, Lords of Magic, Ground Control, Empire Earth. They are now planning sequels for all of these franchises as well as Evil Genius - an IP they picked up from the remnants of Elixir Studios.

"Yes, we have complete ownership of the IP from the past and going forwards, so yes we're putting our plans together for new titles in each series", CEO Jason Kingsley told Big Download.
