A new report has been published which claims that the esports organisation, eUnited has shut down. Coming from The Esports Advocate, the report notes that all of eUnited's players and staff have been released from the team and that the only remaining member is CEO Adam Stein.

eUnited has yet to officially make a statement regarding this report, but considering the team has not posted on Twitter since early December, and considering many of the team's rosters left the team at the tail end of the year, it does seem to suggest that something is happening at the major esports organisation.

The only roster that a release announcement hasn't been made for is the Halo Championship Series squad, which is actually one of the few partnered teams. As for what will happen with this team will need to be addressed soon.

As we learn more about this situation, we'll be sure to keep you updated.
