Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom passed its Kickstarter goal and was originally planned to be released in 2016, but that didn't happen, and one of the reasons for this is that the developer Enigami decided to also honour a stretch goal from the campaign despite not getting enough funding. This means that the RPG will be released for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, besides the previously announced PC version.
Now the developers has confirmed the release date for Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom, and we can expect it on April 18. A brand new trailer for the game has also been released, and can be found below. Is it admirable that Enigami fulfilled a stretch goal, or should they have stuck to the original plan?
