Scalebound shown off during Microsoft's E3 show

Scalebound, the action-adventure being developed by Platinum Games made an appearance during Microsoft's press conference.

A trailer shown that let us see protagonist Drew and his dragon companion Thuban, showing single and co-op gameplay. The gameplay demonstrated the player taking down a giant crab (at E3, hopefully someone made the decision based around the wonderful irony of that).

It looks like a lot has improved since we saw it last time, and the frame-rate looked considerably better. The game is also part of Xbox Play Anywhere, so it's launching on Windows 10 PC and Xbox One.

The game got delayed earlier this year, so we won't see it until 2017, and a more concrete date has yet to be announced. Check out the trailer below.
