Shantae: Half-Genie Hero scores a trailer and a launch date

Way Forward's Shantae: Half-Genie Hero has truly taken its sweet time. Funded on Kickstarter in 2013 and originally dated for October 2014, this colourful action platformer has been a long time coming. The game was well presented at E3 last week where we saw a playable demo, a new trailer, and finally now we also have a release date. Shantae: Half-Genie Hero will arrive on multiple console platforms and PC on September 27. Watch the E3 trailer below.
