Star Wars Battlefront available first on Xbox One

"I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened." These words might be Obi-Wan's. But we think they are fitting as an intro for what might make a lot of fan boys weep either with joy or pain.

The upcoming and eagerly awaited Star Wars Battlefront will be available first on Xbox One, via EA Access. At least according to Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg, who posted yesterday evening in a tweet:

"@EAAccess @EA_DICE Very ready & play it first on #XboxOne!"

So it seems Xbox One owners can look forward to early access on the game. EA Access subscribers can get access five days prior to general release.

Star Wars: Battlefront will be fully unveiled with gameplay footage later on this week.
