SteamWorld Heist Ultimate Edition heads to Switch

It was just a matter of time that the highly-acclaimed turn-based combat gem SteamWorld Heist made it to the Switch, given Image & Form's appreciation for Nintendo platforms. Now that time has come and the game will see release in an Ultimate Edition right before the year ends.

The studio shared the news along the trailer (see below), explaining that the new edition will include all the extra content previously released as DLC. The Switch screen also allows for touch controls, and for Nintendo fans it'll mean a bump in resolution compared to the original Wii U and 3DS versions, which should work a treat as you're trying to line up those trick shots.

SteamWorld Heist: Ultimate Edition releases on the Nintendo Switch on December 28 for $19.99/€19.99 (or equivalent).
