Sunset Overdrive appears in Steam database

After Sunset Overdrive got an ESRB rating on PC following similar rating from the Korean Board, we've all been expecting a PC port to be announced any day. But it's not happened, at least not yet. Adding more fuel to the flames is a Steam database entry for the game suggesting it's not just coming to PC (Windows 10 Store as is the typical deal with Microsoft published PC titles), but also Valve's platform. The entry has been around for more than six months but has recently been updated, suggesting there's something going on. Of course, there are plenty of database entries for games that never made it onto Steam, so it's not definitive proof. Could the PC port be announced at X018 next week?
