Ubisoft has released the minimum and recommended specs for Assassin's Creed: Syndicate on PC. You can see both below. If you want to play in full HD, the game requires a video card with at least 3GB of VRAM. The game also supports Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS4 controllers (and, of course, you can customise the controls for Mouse and Keyboard if that's how you roll).

On high end PCs the game supports Multisample Anti-Aliasing (MSAA), the standard anti-aliasing technology. You'll need it if you want to have Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TXAA) with Nvidia cards. There'll also be multi-monitor support with AMD Eyefinity or Nvidia Surround. If you have two or more graphics cards installed the game also supports multi-GPU via AMD CrossFire or Nvidia SLI.
