Imangi Studios, developers of the extremely popular Temple Run, have announced that they have hit 100 million downloads across Android (32%) and iOS (68%) devices since launching the game one year ago.

Temple Run

As you can see in the graphics above, Temple Run players have enojyed a massive 10 billion sessions, with 54,000 years spent running in game. It's an amazing accomplishment, and Imangi launched a Temple Run based on Disney Pixar's Brave earlier this summer, but there are more co-operations coming with everything from digital comics, sleepwear (!) and card and board games on the way.

"We never imagined that the game we were making and loved would be so well received around the world," said Keith Shepherd, co-founder of Imangi Studios. "The last year has been incredible for us, and we are grateful to fans of the game. We hope to be able to provide them with more entertainment from the brand for years to come."

Anyway, if you haven't gotten on with Temple Run, yet it's a free download - so give it a try!
