Teppen World Championship starting this month

GungHo Online Entertainment has revealed that the Teppen World Championship will be landing on December 21, sponsored by Amazon and featuring a prize pool of 50 million yen, which equates to around $500,000 USD.

This is an international tournament for all players, who can qualify online starting on October 5 (00:00 to 17:59 in North American time, with the same corresponding times for Europe too). Registration has already started and will continue until the first matches, and you can sign up by tapping on Tournament in-game.

All Hero Arts and cards will be available for use, so you can craft decks already, and a point system will be in place. The top three players from each region will then head to Japan for the final event, although players between fourth rank and 100 will also get a special emblem.
