The Fortnite community has been building up to the Fortnite World Cup for months, pitting the best players against each other this past week to see who could reign supreme, and in the Solos it was Kyle 'Bugha' Giersdorf who emerged victorious, winning $3 million USD of the $30 million prize pool.

Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York hosted the event, and Nyhrox and Aqua split $3 million when they won the Duos event. In Creative, Fish Fam's Cizzors, Tyler, Zand, and Suezhoo took the trophy, while the Pro-Am saw winners Airwaks and RL Grime donate their $1 million in winnings to the American Civil Liberties Union and World Wildlife Fund.
