We're in the final stages of the 2022 Overwatch League Playoffs and season at this point. As we've done over the course of the week, we can now report on who has been named as the Coach of the Year and the Rookie of the Year, as well as the three further teams who have been eliminated from the Playoffs.
Looking at the Coach of the Year, for 2022 the honour goes to the London Spitfire's Christopher "Christfer" Graham, who has led the team to a much better showing than has been on offer over the past couple of years.
As for the Rookie of the Year, that went to the San Francisco Shock's Dong-Hyun "Proper" Kim for proving to be a dominant Damage star over the year.
Looking at the Playoff bracket itself, following last night's matches, the London Spitfire, Seoul Dynasty, and the Hangzhou Spark have all been eliminated, meaning there are only three franchises still competing for the title. They are the San Francisco Shock and the Houston Outlaws, two teams who will play each other for a spot in the Grand Finals where they will face the other remaining roster, the Dallas Fuel. Be sure to catch the final two games when they start in around 15 hours.
