Pysonix has announced that competitive Rocket League will be coming back to the UK for the Rocket League Championship Series' second Major of the 2024 season. The event, planned for this June, will see the best teams in the world taking to the Copper Box Arena in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to compete for the second trophy of the season and for a slice of the $255,000 prize pool.

The RLCS Major 2 will be held between June 20 and 23, but will only see action played in front of a live audience between June 22 and 23. The event will be supported by Live Nation, who will help host the event in London, and ensure that it all progresses smoothly.

"Copper Box Arena has firmly established itself as the UK home of Esports and it is fitting that we are kicking off our new 10 year partnership with the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park by welcoming back Rocket League," said Stuart Hutchinson, general manager at the Copper Box Arena. "This event marks the beginning of a series of exciting event announcements as we embark on the next phase of evolution of this popular and successful legacy venue. We look forward to sharing more announcements in the forthcoming weeks."

Tickets for the event will go on sale as soon as later this week, from March 29th.
