The Seattle Surge has announced that it will be having another crack at the Call of Duty League in 2023 with the same roster that it fielded in 2022. With this being the case, Lamar "Accuracy" Abedi, Makenzie "Mack" Kelley, Amer "Pred" Zulbeari, and Daunte "Sib" Gray have all been re-signed to the team for the next season of competition, which will be played on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
This does mean that the Surge can be counted out as another roster that won't be delving into the chaos of rosterpocalypse over the next few weeks and months.
As for when the Call of Duty League will return, Activision hasn't set a date on when competitive play will start up again, but we are already officially in the 2023 competitive year for the league.
