Thimbleweed Park creative lead Ron Gilbert has publicly confirmed that the adventure game, which was released earlier this year on PC, Xbox One, and smart devices, as well as recently launching on PS4 and Switch, is selling best on Nintendo's console.

The game's co-creator casually commented on the fact over on Twitter, which was then followed by French devs Lizardcube confirming that "Switch [is] also our best selling console by far for Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap".

The former is a Maniac Mansion-style point-and-click adventure, while the latter is a remake of the classic RPG-platformer, suggesting that Switch owners are lapping up these kinds of retro experiences between the big games that have been dropping throughout the year. Perhaps the console's "on the go" appeal is making some PS4 and Xbox One users opt for the Switch versions as well.
