This is the best Blumhouse horror movie according to Stephen King himself

After a bit of thinking, we can't say that we are surprised.

American author Stephen King is mostly known for his horror stories like The Shining, Pet Sematary and IT, but he has written a lot of other stuff as well. We already knew that King is an active Twitter user, and now we know that he also likes horror movies.

Blumhouse Productions has asked on Twitter, what is the best of their movie from 2022, and Stephen King said "THE BLACK PHONE". The movie is based on a novella written by Joe Hill, who also happens to be Stephen King's son. So we can sense father's pride here very strongly.

Still, it must be said that The Black Phone really is a good movie directed by Scott Derrickson (Doctor Strange) and starring Ethan Hawke. It is about a serial killer, who captures kids in Denver, Colorado during the magical year of 1978.
