Activision have announced that a demo version of Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is available for download on Xbox Live (gold members). PS3 owners will have to wait until tomorrow to try it out. Hopefully there will be a demo on PC as well, but no word on that yet.

The demo's offering a sampling of both the single and multiplayer modes in the game. SP will offer two missions, either side of the conflict. One with Bumblebee, the other with Decepticon Vortex.

The multiplayer side will let you dabble in the character creator, as well as jump into Team Deathmatch and Conquest online modes.

The Xbox Live demo weighs in at 1.98GB, and can be set up for your Xbox 360's download queue here.
