Tundra Esports has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Scotch whiskey distiller, Ballantine's, all with Dota 2's The International 2023 in mind. Set to be the first esports team partnership ever for the alcohol manufacturer, the deal will see Ballantine's logo sported on Tundra's jerseys at the major tournament which starts next week and runs until the end of October.

"We are honoured to be the first esports team in history sponsored by Ballantine's the Official Spirit Partner of our Dota 2 roster for the International 2023," said Carleton Curtis, Chief Executive Officer of Tundra Esports. "This is a brilliant opportunity for us to work together in creating exciting new content and bring fans together around the world."

There's no mention of any financials relating to the deal, but we are told that the Tundra jerseys sporting the Ballantine's logo will go on sale as soon as October 6, 2023.
