Klei Entertainment's Don't Starve will be free when it launches on PlayStation 4 early next year, according to a Sony representative.
The rep, speaking with Joystiq, confirmed the news at a PS4 review event in New York. The game will be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers in "early January", with a "Vita native version with cross-save" coming a couple of months after. The PS4 version is also set to support remote play, so you'll be able to play it on the handheld either way.
The website also states that The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, which is due out on PS4 and PS Vita early next year, will also be available free to PlayStation Plus subscribers when it launches. Good news for those planning on picking up the PlayStation 4 when it releases on November 29.
