Sony has been teasing us with a potential Valkyria announcement during these past few days, and now we know exactly what Sega has been working on. They've announced Valkyria Chronicles 4, which will land in Japan on March 21, 2018, on PS4 and Xbox One, and on the Switch sometime during the summer of 2018.
It will also make its way to western audiences, but that's sometime next year, as Sega didn't want to specify a release window.
Valkyria Chronicles started on PS3 in 2008, and spawned two sequels on PSP. Earlier in the year a spin-off called Valkyria Chronicles: Azure Revolution failed to meet expectations, so this upcoming sequel is going back to the series' roots.
