As the Switch is getting further and further along we're seeing more game's come out for Nintendo's hybrid console, and NeoGAF user Hero of Legend and YouTuber Doctre81 have shared interesting insights about the current work of studio Virtuos, which has to do with the Switch.
Apparently the developer is working on a Nintendo Switch port of a Triple-A game, and they started working on this project almost one and a half years ago. Back in January 2017 the developer even announced their partnership with Nintendo, although they kept quiet about what kind of title they were working on.
In the past Virtuos has been responsible for a lot of successful ports and remasters, the latest of which is Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age (which we quite liked). As for now, it's uncertain what game they could be porting, as some are speculating about Batman: Return to Arkham, while some are talking about Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection. Taking Virtuos' more recent projects into account, maybe we can even hope for Final Fantasy on our Switch.
What would you like it to be?
