Watch live action Metal Slug

An independent filmmaker has shown his gaming love with a live-action short inspired by hardcore side-scroller Metal Slug.

The film, created by Andrew McMurry (whose official page you can check out here) is entitled "Metal Slug in Real Life", and cuts together a one-level sequence of the filmmaker taking on pixelated foes from the series, picking up power-ups and rescuing hostages.

Well worth checking out.
