A platformer with no jump button and a difficult game were every situation can be conquered without the loss of health. Dark Devotion was first introduced as a Kickstarter, then publisher The Arcade Crew (Dotemu) came along, and in this interview from Gamescom, we chat with designer and programmer Louis Denizet about the work that has gone into creating this beautiful and challenging action title.
The developer noted that the game was almost at the beta stage (i.e. playable from start to finish), but that they would take their time to polish the game and that it's looking likely it will see release early next year on PC and undisclosed consoles.
