World of Tanks releases on PS4 next week

January 19 release for Wargaming's MMO shooter.

After the second successful open beta weekend we've finally gotten a fixed date for the official launch of World of Tanks on PlayStation 4.

The free-to-play tank blaster will be released worldwide on January 19, with platform-specific functionality and some timed-exclusive content coming for everyone who plays the game in January.

Wargaming is also offering different starter packs that each includes a selection of premium content. It's not necessary to be a PlayStation Plus subscriber, but if you are you'll get a special tank, three days of premium account time, as well as discounts on other purchases.
