Xenoblade heading to Wii U?

My Nintendo News reports that several US retailers, including Best Buy and Walmart are taking pre-orders on Xenoblade for Wii U.

No official word from Nintendo or Monolith Soft at this point, but an HD version of Xenoblade Chronicles would be a very welcome addition to the Wii U games library. This could also refer to the game codenamed X that is in development at Monolith.
