YouTube has announced that the site now supports HDR (High-dynamic Range). What that means is that if your TV or monitor is HDR capable you'll be able to watch YouTube videos in richer colours and with better contrast.
YouTube has partnered with a number of creators to produce HDR content. Anyone who has an account can upload HDR videos but YouTube has said that it wants HDR video uploading to be as easy as uploading a regular video.
If you don't have a HDR capable device or display then don't worry, you can still watch your favourite channels just without HDR being enabled.
Are you going to watch your favourite channels with HDR enabled? Let us know in the comments.
